La Chinata Fleur de Sel is obtained through water evaporation coming from the sea with a non-industrial elaborating process. It is a very used gourmet product in high cuisine as it boasts food flavours and it is presented in irregular and crunchy grains.
It is advised to be used at the end of the dish preparation, even at the own table. To be used mainly in salads, grilled meats, fish and vegetable dishes. It isn’t necessary to apply a big amount of it as it is purer and it dissolves easier with the food’s juices or even inside the mouth.
